Exchange Policy

At Pehnava by Ritika, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If the product you received is not the right size, fit, or does not meet your expectations, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product must have all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact.
- The product should not have any stains, damage, perfume smell, makeup marks, or signs of use.
- The product must be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- An order invoice or order details may be required to process the exchange.
2. Products Not Eligible for Exchange
Exchange may not be accepted for products that:
- Have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Are missing original tags or packaging.
- Show signs of use or damage.
- Are returned after the 7-day exchange period.
- Are customized, personalized, or otherwise marked as non-exchangeable on the product page.
3. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Registered mobile number/email
- Product name
- Reason for exchange
- Clear photographs/videos of the product, if requested by our team

4. Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is approved:
- We will confirm the exchange request.
- The product will be collected or you may be provided with return instructions, depending on the applicable delivery service.
- The returned product will be inspected by our team.
- Once the product passes our quality check, the replacement product will be processed.
- The replacement will be shipped to the delivery address associated with the original order.
Exchange approval is subject to product availability and successful quality inspection.
5. Size Exchange
If you have ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product meets all exchange conditions.
Size exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.
If the requested size is unavailable, our customer support team will inform you of the available options.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Different from the product you ordered
- Missing an item or component
please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, preferably with photographs or an unboxing video.
Our team will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.
7. Exchange Shipping
Where the exchange is due to receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective product, Pehnava by Ritika will review the case and determine the applicable shipping arrangement.
For exchanges requested due to size, fit, colour preference, or change of mind, any applicable shipping or handling charges may be communicated before the exchange is processed.
8. No Direct Refund Under This Exchange Policy
This policy is specifically for exchanges within 7 days.
An exchange request does not automatically qualify for a cash refund. Any refund, if applicable, will be handled according to Pehnava by Ritika's separate Refund Policy and the specific circumstances of the order.
9. Quality Check
All returned products are subject to inspection.
If a returned product does not meet the exchange conditions—for example, if it has been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or is missing tags—we may reject the exchange request and return the product to the customer.
